Camara Circle Park

BAY TREE DESIGN worked closely with City staff and the Camara Circle HOA to renovate the existing park which is centered around twenty parcels of apartment complexes with residents in need of outdoor space. The park which is managed by an HOA had minimal amenities. BTD worked with the City and the HOA to develop a design that would benefit the community while balancing a tight construction and maintenance budget. Design options were presented to the community to determine the final design. The proposed site design opened up the play area and made it central, added tables, a barbeque, benches, new lawn, and planting areas.
