The Oaks Apartments Rehabilitation

The Oaks Apartments rehabilitation project will give the existing 36 unit affordable housing complex with an updated identity, universally accessible amenities and a drought tolerant, native plant palette that celebrates the site’s mature Valley Oaks. Landscape amenities include stimulating play events for all ages, a social barbecue patio accessible from the Community Room and a shaded picnic grove.
